Front Office

Tiffani Neely – Office Manager

I graduated from The College of Health Care Professions several years ago as a member of the Texas Honor Society, and I have been working as a dental assistant at Anderson Lane Dental since my graduation. Recently, I became office manager but will assist when time permits. I love my profession and intend to go that extra mile to ensure that every patient receives the best dental care; from greeting our patients to treatment plans and payment options, I am here to help you through your visit to our office. I especially enjoy assisting our special needs patients. I am a native Austinite and enjoy the many activities and varied entertainment that the city has to offer. I also enjoy target practice, volleyball, country dancing, fishing, hunting, anything outdoors, and spending time with my two energetic dogs. I look forward to seeing you at our office.

Dental Assistants

Alicia Benavides – Lead Dental Assistant

I graduated from Bastrop High School and completed my degree in dental assisting at The College of Health Care Professions. We have an awesome team where everyone is helpful, allowing for efficient service in a great environment. I love being a dental assistant, helping people achieve the beautiful smiles they deserve and ensuring they have the best possible experience at our office. I am bilingual and hard working, and I plan to pursue my goal in becoming a dental hygienist.

Eric Molina – Registered Dental Assistant

I am originally from Temple but moved to the Dallas area when I was young. After high school, I came to Austin where I began my career in dentistry. I received my degree as a registered dental assistant from The College of Health Professions and then came to Anderson Lane Dental. I love seeing patients smile with confidence and helping our Spanish-speaking patients with any language barriers that they may have. Going to the dentist can be scary, and my goal is to help patients become more comfortable with the experience. In my off-time, I love playing basketball and partaking in the Austin live music scene.
